PNP TUNE Segway Powersports Verified on
The 2023–2025 Villain SX10, SX10 W, Fugleman UT10 and UT10 Crew are supported by HP Tuners and handled in Remote RTD4 by PNP TUNE. The machine stays with you: the read and the tune go through the RTD4 interface and TDN.

01 / HP Tuners coverage
The official list is authoritative for software support. On these two families, PNP TUNE runs the full Remote RTD4 route, from the read to the tune delivered through TDN.

2023–2025
The published support covers these precise model years, which can be done in Remote RTD4. It does not automatically extend to the whole Fugleman range.

02 / Reading the coverage correctly
A useful answer separates three levels: what the tool announces, what the machine really allows and the way PNP TUNE carries out the work.
HP Tuners names the model, the years and the compatible interface generation.
PNP TUNE has completed the remote route on these machines, whether or not the TDN indicator is published.
The Street or Custom Remote pack is offered as soon as the model and model year match.
03 / Segway Powersports range
The manufacturer range helps identify the machine. Only the technical list tells whether a specific model and model year are published as supported.
Segway ATVs come in several displacements and versions. Their presence in the manufacturer range is not a calibration compatibility.

UT10 2023–2025 listed ↗The published entry covers the Villain SX10 and SX10 W. It does not automatically extend to the Super Villain SX20T.

04 / The PNP method
The name “Segway” is not enough. One family can bring together several engines, ECUs, markets and software revisions.
Model and model year selected from the visible list.
Direct exchange with PNP TUNE for the solution offered.
Setup before tuning, parts fitted and fuel.
Capture of the machine’s real data.
PNP tune and adjustments based on the recorded data.
05 / Calibration & data logging
For a supported model, data logging while riding replaces the dyno. The real data serves to check and adjust the tune.
See the published modelsFault codes, reference values and mechanical consistency are examined before any recommendation.
Load, temperatures, corrections and response can be observed depending on the compatible tools.
The expected result must stay measurable, suited to the use and consistent with the real setup.
PNP does not present the removal of a safeguard or of an emissions function as a service.
07 / Remote RTD4 & TDN
HP Tuners does not show the TDN indicator on the Segway lines. PNP TUNE established the remote route on the Villain SX10 and Fugleman UT10 2023–2025: the read goes through the RTD4 box and the tune comes back through TDN.

08 / FAQ Segway Powersports
Yes. Removal of the factory speed limiter is included in the Street Remote and Custom Remote tunes: a quad or a side-by-side limited to 60 or 90 km/h is unrestricted from the first level.
An RJWC system on a Villain SX10 changes how the engine fills. The tune has to follow: Custom Remote works from the data logs recorded on your machine.
As of 11 September 2026, the official HP Tuners list names the Villain SX10 and SX10 W as well as the Fugleman UT10 and UT10 Crew for model years 2023 to 2025. PNP TUNE handles them in Remote RTD4.
Yes. HP Tuners does not show the TDN marker on those entries, but PNP TUNE has validated the remote process on these machines and offers the Street Remote and Custom Remote packs.
HP Tuners support means a vehicle can be handled with a compatible professional interface. RTD4 and TDN designate the remote process. On Segway, PNP TUNE established that process through its own practice.
These ATVs appear in the official Segway Powersports range but not in the HP Tuners vehicle list checked on 11 September 2026. Write to tune@pnptune.com: PNP TUNE studies each machine case by case.
The published models are visible right away. Choose the model year and model; if your machine is not listed, write to tune@pnptune.com.
Data logging replaces the dyno. The data recorded on the machine lets PNP TUNE check the real behaviour and refine the tune.
No serious figure can be announced without knowing the machine, its condition, its setup and the measuring method. PNP prefers a verifiable goal to a generic promise.
Yes. Tool makers can add to or change their coverage. The verification date shown on this page tells current information from an older list.
The Street Remote tune aims at a smoother throttle response and more torque available at low revs, with the factory engine protections kept in place. The reading route (professional interface at a dealer, or RTD4 when HP Tuners publishes the entry) is shown when the model is selected.
A utility UTV mostly benefits from a smoother response and torque that is better available under load or on a slope. Custom Remote lets the tune be adjusted from data logs recorded in your real conditions.
Yes. Street Remote (250 €) or Custom Remote (530 €), HP Tuners credit pool included. The interface serial number and the VIN complete the order; the tune is delivered through TDN.
Through the HP Tuners dealer network: read in the workshop with a professional interface, exchange through TDN and PNP tune. Write to tune@pnptune.com with your business name, your country and the models involved.
Once the read arrives through TDN, Street Remote is usually ready within 24 to 48 working hours; Custom Remote takes a few days more depending on your data logs.
Yes. The upgrade (333 €) keeps the interface, the cable and the HP Tuners credit pool already tied to the vehicle, and adds data logging with its step-by-step adjustments.
