A tune cannot be deduced from a catalogue.
For a supported model, data logging while riding replaces the dyno. The real data serves to check and adjust the tune.

HP Tuners does not read every one of these ECUs. When yours cannot be read remotely, it travels by post: the tuning is done on the bench, directly on the ECU, with Autotuner, bflash, KESS v3, FLEX or Bitbox, at a dealer or at one of our technical points.

A freer line changes how the engine fills, and the ECU still applies the values calculated for the original configuration. Two parts makers are documented across the range, model by model. We neither sell nor install these parts.

RJWC on the AT6, the Zerra HEX Single on the AT10: two lines, two machines, the same effect on how the engine fills. Zerra says it in black and white: an engine calibration is required after fitting.

RJWC equips the Villain SX10. A freer line calls for a calibration that accounts for it: without one, the engine goes on applying the values calculated for the original exhaust.
Every performance part changes the engine's balance. The calibration that follows is not a formality: it is what brings out everything the line you have just fitted can do. On a recent range, the part number counts more than elsewhere: tell us the model, the brand of the part and the model year. A standard Segway that we unrestrict is the Stage 1 Street Remote; a Segway with parts whose full potential you want is the Stage 1 Custom Remote, built on your own data logs: both levels appear with your model.
07 / Remote RTD4 & TDN
HP Tuners support confirmed. Remote carried out by PNP.
HP Tuners does not show the TDN indicator on the Segway lines. PNP TUNE established the remote route on the Villain SX10 and Fugleman UT10 2023–2025: the read goes through the RTD4 box and the tune comes back through TDN.

01My model is not on the list: is that final?+
No. The official HP Tuners list grows every quarter, and our watch checks it every week so that nothing is missed. Give us the model, the model year and the trim: today's answer is not necessarily next quarter's, and we let you know as soon as a publication concerns you.
02Stage 1 Street or Stage 1 Custom: which one for my machine?+
A standard machine: the Stage 1 Street Remote is made for it. The speed limiter falls, the torque is freed, and that is exactly why the RTD4 exists at PNP TUNE. It is our proven calibration, with no logging campaign. With parts fitted (exhaust, filter, intake), you keep the Stage 1 Street Remote or you move up to the Stage 1 Custom Remote: that one starts from your own data logs and is adjusted by iterations on your real configuration.
03My Segway is limited to 60 km/h: do you do the unrestricting?+
Yes, and it is included in the calibration. On T3-approved ATVs and SSVs the factory value is 60 or 90 km/h depending on the version: it is removed inside the original ECU, with no added box, from the first level. Villain SX10, SX10 W, Super Villain SX20T, Fugleman UT10 and UT10 Crew are concerned.
04Is the factory speed limiter removed?+
Yes. Removal of the factory speed limiter is included in the Street Remote and Custom Remote tunes: a quad or a side-by-side limited to 60 or 90 km/h is unrestricted from the first level.
05Where does the Street Remote calibration for my Segway come from?+
Street Remote starts from the factory engine calibration already in your machine. When the same model is given stronger values in another model year or another market, that is the one we apply, with our own optimisations on top.
06Have you fitted an exhaust or a filter?+
An RJWC system on a Villain SX10 changes how the engine fills. The tune has to follow: Custom Remote works from the data logs recorded on your machine.
07Which Segway Powersports are supported by HP Tuners?+
As of 11 September 2026, the official HP Tuners list names the Villain SX10 and SX10 W as well as the Fugleman UT10 and UT10 Crew for model years 2023 to 2025. PNP TUNE handles them in Remote RTD4.
08Can my Segway be reflashed remotely?+
Yes. HP Tuners does not show the TDN marker on those entries, but PNP TUNE has validated the remote process on these machines and offers the Street Remote and Custom Remote packs.
09What is the difference between HP Tuners support and RTD4?+
HP Tuners support means a vehicle can be handled with a compatible professional interface. RTD4 and TDN designate the remote process. On Segway, PNP TUNE established that process through its own practice.
10Are the Segway AT5, AT6 or AT10 compatible?+
These ATVs appear in the official Segway Powersports range but not in the HP Tuners vehicle list checked on 11 September 2026. Write to tune@pnptune.com: PNP TUNE studies each machine case by case.
11How do I choose a Segway solution?+
The published models are visible right away. Choose the model year and model; if your machine is not listed, write to tune@pnptune.com.
12How is the tune checked?+
Data logging replaces the dyno. The data recorded on the machine lets PNP TUNE check the real behaviour and refine the tune.
13What gain can be expected from a Segway remap?+
No serious figure can be announced without knowing the machine, its condition, its setup and the measuring method. PNP prefers a verifiable goal to a generic promise.
14Can the compatibility list change?+
Yes. Tool makers can add to or change their coverage. The verification date shown on this page tells current information from an older list.
15Stock 2024 Villain SX10: what can PNP TUNE do today?+
The Street Remote tune lifts the speed limiter and puts torque back at low revs, with the factory engine protections kept in place.
16Fugleman UT10 used on a farm or an estate: what is the benefit?+
A utility UTV mostly benefits from a smoother response and torque that is better available under load or on a slope. Custom Remote lets the tune be adjusted from data logs recorded in your real conditions.
17I already own an HP Tuners interface: can I buy the tune on its own?+
Yes. Street Remote (250 €) or Custom Remote (530 €), HP Tuners credit pool included. The interface serial number and the VIN complete the order; the tune is delivered through TDN.
18I am a Segway Powersports dealer: how do I offer PNP TUNE?+
Through the HP Tuners dealer network: read in the workshop with a professional interface, exchange through TDN and PNP tune. Write to tune@pnptune.com with your business name, your country and the models involved.
19How long between the order and the tune?+
Once the read arrives through TDN, Street Remote is usually ready within 24 to 48 working hours; Custom Remote takes a few days more depending on your data logs.
20Can I move from Street Remote to Custom Remote later?+
Yes. The upgrade (333 €) keeps the interface, the cable and the HP Tuners credit pool already tied to the vehicle, and adds data logging with its step-by-step adjustments.
