02 / Speed limiter removal and the result you want
A PNP TUNE calibration aims at riding quality before an isolated figure: usable torque, consistent throttle, clean transitions and smooth running.
Work on low-end torque where the engine and the use allow it, without creating a mere artificial peak.
Responsiveness of the electronic throttle restored and rider demand recalibrated for a crisp response.
Load, transitions and torque delivery harmonised to give usable pull across the whole working range.
Smooth delivery at part load and reworked zone transitions for behaviour that is smooth and predictable.
Setting of the limiters present on the models concerned, according to the setup of the machine.
The factory engine protections and diagnostic functions are not disabled; only the agreed parameters are adjusted.
After-sales / software continuity
PNP TUNE follows the tune for ten years. The PNP work is free; the installer may charge 30 minutes to 1 hour of labour.
The tuning is still built on the Polaris software installed, without assigning it a third-party software number.
If a manufacturer update overwrites the tuning, PNP TUNE reapplies the tune free of charge. The installer may charge 30 minutes to 1 hour of labour.
With Remote RTD4, returning to the setup recorded before the tuning is free and the customer does it himself with his RTD4. If a third-party installer carries it out, that installer may charge 30 minutes to 1 hour of labour.

01 Remote solution
The 60 or 90 km/h limiter goes and torque is available sooner. On the Bosch MG1, maximum torque, driver demand, rev limiters, volumetric efficiency and ignition timing are reworked one by one. Complete pack at €600.

ECUs / Controllers
HP Tuners does not read every one of these ECUs. When yours cannot be read remotely, it travels by post: the tuning is done on the bench, directly on the ECU, with Autotuner, bflash, KESS v3, FLEX or Bitbox, at a dealer or at one of our technical points.
05 / Exhausts and filtration
A freer exhaust, a more permeable filter, a separator upstream: the ECU still applies the values calculated for the original configuration. Our customers fit these brands, with ATV, SSV and snowmobile kept apart. We neither sell them nor install them.
An HMF or RJWC line, the Zerra HEX Dual on the 1000 S platform: each one opens the exhaust and throws off the mixture calculated at the factory. Zerra writes it themselves: an engine calibration is required after fitting.
An HMF line on a General or a Ranger XP 1000, an RJWC or a Trinity on a RZR, a K&N filter, an S&B separator upstream: the engine no longer breathes as planned. And the RZR XP, Pro XP and Pro R take neither the same part nor the same calibration.
A GGB silencer or the SLP 09-329 on an 850 Axys changes how the engine fills. The factory calibration, meanwhile, has not moved: it is the one to redo.
Every performance part changes the engine's balance, and the calibration that follows decides the result. A silencer on a RZR, an S&B separator upstream, a K&N filter: each shifts the filling in its own way. Tell us the brand, the part number and the model year. A standard Polaris that we unrestrict is the Stage 1 Street Remote; a Polaris with parts whose full potential you want is the Stage 1 Custom Remote, built on your own data logs: both levels appear with your model.

An HMF, RJWC, Trinity Racing or GGB Exhaust system, a K&N filter or an S&B engine pre-filter change how the machine fills. The tune has to follow: Custom Remote works from your data logs to match that precise setup.
No. The official HP Tuners list grows every quarter, and our watch checks it every week so that nothing is missed. Give us the model, the model year and the trim: today's answer is not necessarily next quarter's, and we let you know as soon as a publication concerns you.
A standard machine: the Stage 1 Street Remote is made for it. The speed limiter falls, the torque is freed, and that is exactly why the RTD4 exists at PNP TUNE. It is our proven calibration, with no logging campaign. With parts fitted (exhaust, filter, intake), you keep the Stage 1 Street Remote or you move up to the Stage 1 Custom Remote: that one starts from your own data logs and is adjusted by iterations on your real configuration.
Yes, and it is included in the calibration. On T3-approved ATVs and SSVs the factory value is 60 or 90 km/h depending on the version: it is removed inside the original ECU, with no added box, from the first level. Sportsman, Scrambler, RZR, Ranger, General, Ace or XPEDITION, the method is the same.

Yes. Removal of the factory speed limiter is included in the Street Remote and Custom Remote tunes: a quad or a side-by-side limited to 60 or 90 km/h is unrestricted from the first level.
Street Remote starts from the factory engine calibration already in your machine. When the same model is given stronger values in another model year or another market, that is the one we apply, with our own optimisations on top.
PNP TUNE studies the Polaris fuel-injected petrol ranges from 2014 to 2026. Support is confirmed with the exact model, model year, engine, market, software and ECU; carburetted, diesel, electric and Youth vehicles are checked separately.
The coverage shown includes the Bosch ME17.9.74, M17.8.7 and MG1CA007. All 54 Polaris entries in the catalogue can be done in Remote TDN; 6 of them first require the Bosch MG1 ECU unlock.
Yes: PNP TUNE disables neither the emissions devices nor the original engine protections. The work covers the calibration parameters agreed upon, inside the ECU tables.
A manufacturer update can overwrite the calibration. For ten years PNP TUNE covers, free of charge, the follow-up of the tune, its restoration to the recorded setup and the reapplication of the tuning. The installer may charge 30 minutes to 1 hour of labour. This guarantee covers the tune, not the mechanics of the vehicle.
Select the exact entry in the catalogue: it shows the interface, the included HP Tuners credit pool, the cable and any unlock. On MG1CA007 Gen 2 ECUs, the unlock service (100 €) prepares the ECU before the first read; Street Remote or Custom Remote then runs remotely.
Street Remote (600 € pack) lifts the speed limiter and puts torque back low down on a standard machine: that is the job the RTD4 exists for. Custom Remote (880 €) stays open with accessories or a particular use: the data logs recorded on site serve to refine the tune.
Yes. Street Remote (350 €) or Custom Remote (630 €), HP Tuners credit pool included, with the Polaris / Indian OBDII cable (55 €) if needed. The RTD4 serial number and the VIN complete the order, even if the interface was bought elsewhere.
After the order you ship the ECU to HP Tuners Europe with your PNP TUNE order number on the parcel. Allow for the round trip and the processing, in practice one to two weeks, before the read and the tune.
Once the read arrives through TDN, Street Remote is usually ready within 24 to 48 working hours; Custom Remote takes a few days more depending on your data logs.
Yes. The upgrade (333 €) keeps your RTD4, your cable and the HP Tuners credit pool already tied to the vehicle, and adds data logging with its step-by-step adjustments.
