Stage 1 does not come down to a single figure.
A Stage 1 is a freer-flowing exhaust, an open air filter and the tune that goes with them: without it, the motorcycle still applies the values calculated for the stock exhaust. PNP Street is that tune. As soon as the motorcycle goes further — camshafts, displacement, injectors, cylinder heads — PNP Custom starts from your own datalogs.
Vance & Hines, S&S Cycle, Bassani, Screamin’ Eagle, Rinehart Racing, Cobra, Trask Performance, Arlen Ness, K&N: tell us the brand, the part number and the model year, and the tune is written for that very motorcycle.
The manufacturer safeguards and the original emissions functions are retained: PNP TUNE works within the ECU tables, without disabling anything.

01I already have a Power Vision 4 bought elsewhere: can I order just the PNP TUNE tune?
Yes. If the device is already locked to this motorcycle, the tune alone costs €350 for PNP Street or €550 for PNP Custom: it is placed in your Dynojet cloud, just provide the VIN, the Power Vision 4 serial number and the e-mail of your Dynojet account. If the device has been used on another motorcycle, the tune with Dynojet licence covers that additional motorcycle (€500 or €700).
02What is the difference between PNP Street and PNP Custom?
PNP Street is the proven tune for a stock or Stage 1 Harley (air filter and exhaust): the 180 km/h speed limiter is removed, torque comes in lower, the throttle responds. PNP Custom covers builds that require custom development, from Stage 1 to Stage 4: camshafts, displacement, injectors, intake, exhaust. Datalogging and the necessary corrections are included.
03Does PNP Custom work for a Stage 2, 3 or 4?
Yes, that is its purpose. You record your rides from the Power Vision 4 app, PNP TUNE analyses your engine’s real data and recalibrates, as many times as the configuration requires. Camshafts, displacement, cylinder heads, injectors and exhaust systems are treated as a whole.
04What is the Dynojet Power Vision 4 PV4-15-04?
The Power Vision 4 is Dynojet’s Bluetooth flash device. Part number PV4-15-04 is the one for Harley-Davidson with the Gen 2 – G26 ECU (2023.5 and later). It plugs into the diagnostic port, reads and writes the stock ECU from the Power Vision 4 app, saves the factory calibration and allows a return to stock at any time. The device locks to the first motorcycle flashed; an additional motorcycle requires a Dynojet licence.
05How does the EVO E85 option work?
For €100 more, PNP TUNE loads a second tune into your Power Vision 4, based on your configuration and adapted to E85 superethanol, alongside the petrol tune. You ride on E85 and cut your cost per kilometre; it is not an additional level of performance.
06Can I go back to the stock calibration?
Yes, at any time and free of charge: the factory calibration is saved in the Power Vision 4 and in your Dynojet cloud at the first read, and you reprogram it yourself from the app.
